Position: Oracle Primavera Unifier Cloud Configuration Specialist

Location: Providence, RI (100% Remote)

Duration: 1 Year Plus

Job Description

  • A detailed description of any or all prior experience developing, establishing, managing, supporting Oracle Primavera Unifier Cloud application for public and/or private clients
  • Use of Oracle Primavera Unifier Cloud, and P6 in-house capabilities to provide all requested services
  • Any other relevant information which may demonstrate that the Respondent has: (i) a track record of successfully partnering with its clients to implement Oracle Unifier and achieve the goals set forth in the contract; (ii) a track record of successfully working with public sector entities; and/or (iii) experience, skills, and competence in agile methodology

Business processes including but not limited to forms, workflow and at least 1 report/log for Ball in Court listings
Cost Management including but not limited to cost worksheets, funding, budget, contracts, task authorization change management, internal cost, forecast, and payment requisitions
Review RIDOT’s system that require information sharing and leverage for future integration and other reporting needs

  • Testing including unit, system, and updates based on user acceptance testing. Does not include the actual User Acceptance Testing tasks but will leverage the assistance of the Unit Testing Scripts created by proposer.

Scope of work

  • review and analyze overall requirements gathered till-date
  • assess current state of Unifier developments, make recommendations, and do changes as needed
  • address business scenarios not supported by Oracle Unifier’s out-of-the-box configurations
  • review and modify currently developed processes, dashboards, user-defined reports, and Oracle BI Publisher Cloud (BIP) reports
  • identity, design, configure and implement pending processes, dashboards, user-defined reports, and Oracle BI Publisher Cloud (BIP) reports
  • conduct a discovery of new features, and changes to existing features released in Oracle Unifier’s latest versions, and asses the impacts on RIDOT’s processes and plans to implement them
  • provide integration strategies to exchange information between Unifier and other systems (includes RIDOT internally hosted systems, and third-party systems)
  • support integration developers in their development of integration solutions using RESTful web services, and testing exchange of information to and from Unifier
  • support report developers in building analytical, and template-based reports utilizing Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) Cloud
  • leverage a proven implementation methodology covering the entire implementation life cycle
  • prepare unit test plans, system test plans, and integration test plans to test Unifier processes, reports, and integrations
  • coordinate with all stakeholders including RIDOT business users and IT Team, external system users, to test and oversee acceptance of Oracle Unifier Cloud PMIS
  • provide training for RIDOT personnel on using Oracle Unifier Cloud PMIS (including on-line training manuals, train-the-trainer sessions for supervisors/super users and dedicated help line for questions/trouble shooting)
