Essential Functions:

• Demonstrated working experience in software development using best practices.
• Ability to work with others on software development tasks, such as requirements gathering, building use cases, prototyping, implementation, code reviews, etc.
• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies software systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organizations' software applications.
• Installs and tests necessary software and hardware as directed by management.
• Works with teammates on an as needed basis with IT and is an escalation point to support users.
• Cross trains as directed by management and provide backup to ensure systems are operational.
• Participate in IT staff meetings and attends other meetings, seminars or training.
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner.
• Complies with and assist First Credit Union in enforcing the provisions set forth in its Federal Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Member/Customer Identification Policy.
• Understands and follows Credit Union policies and procedures.

• 
  A minimum of two years of experience and/or education. Relevant experience on a year for year basis can be substituted for education. A related technical trade degree or Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.
• Previous experience with a credit union highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS/Javascript, Python, JSON, Java
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint customizations
• Experience using Agile Methodology is preferred.
