About the Role
As a Mid-Level Solution Engineer, you guide our customers to the best solution to interface with our platform. From gathering their unique requirements to launching their protection program, you bring your technical expertise and your deep knowledge of our platform to fulfill all our customers' needs.
You analyze all the different implementation alternatives and are able to choose the best one, based on your analytical skills. As part of an asynchronous and fully distributed team, you also document internally all the taken decisions, with the pros and cons of each of them. That would ensure the team is fully synchronized.
Your collaboration doesn't stop at the program launch. Once deployed to production, you ensure the maintenance and evolution of the program, in close collaboration with the customers' Program Managers (in charge of all the non-technical aspects of the programs). You provide all the technical insights required to answer efficiently all our customers' requests.
Owning your customers' programs, you are also the main interlocutor in case of a business production incident (either on Tint's side or on the customer's side). You are the one figuring out the best mitigation strategy and the fix to deploy. You communicate with the customers to track the progress of the resolution.
You are eager to learn and willing to share your knowledge with the team. For instance, you could write internal and/or external documentation, peer program with your teammates, or give quality code reviews. Sharing knowledge is indeed one of the core pillars of our engineering culture.
You also contribute to the Solution Engineers team's success by improving your team's efficiency. Either by providing detailed feedback or by sharing relevant tech intelligence, you strive to improve the existing processes.
You contribute to the Solution Engineers team's growth. You participate in the recruitment process through candidates' evaluation. And you accompany the new recruits into productivity by becoming their onboarding buddy.
