LaBelle Winery is seeking a Sous Chef for our Derry location to join our growing, talented team!
The Sous Chef is to be the second in command in the kitchen, and is responsible for planning and directing food preparation within Labelle’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will employ culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, where weekends, holidays and evenings are required. Must be a team player who will protect the company and its brand in each and every aspect of the job. Minimum two year’s experience as a Banquet Cook required. Fine dining experience preferred.
