Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with the Executive Chef to create diversified dishes and mensu that align with the restaurant's vision and guest needs
- Oversee the culinary operations and management of a culinary staff and provide guidance and direction for all day-to-day operations
- Drive hiring, training, coaching and development for culinary staff
- Plan and manage the procurement, production, preparation, and presentation of all food in a safe, sanitary and cost-effective manner
- Ensure compliance with food handlers and sanitation standards
