We are currently seeking aSpecialist, Finance & Accountsto support our pharmacy operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Director Finance in developing the short and long range plans (Budget and Strategy)
• Preparation of Pharmacy level budgets which will be administered on a monthly basis to understand the financial impacts so that the course correction decisions
• Prepare monthly/quarterly analysis and board deck preparation which includes comparison from the previous year’s/budget
• Understanding of the Budgeting and Analysis tools such as Anaplan, PowerBi, Tableau, etc.
• Investigate and examine variables relating to the operation of pharmacy business units, product utilization and customer base and determine best budgeting practices and procedures;
• Work with pharmacy managers to improve budgeting procedure and to understand unique circumstances impacting achievement; Develop budgets for individual functional areas and compile all budgets into overall corporate budget
• Communicate budget compliance expectations to pharmacy managers and other Heads of the Department to assist with explanations regarding budget variances;
• Conduct special projects involving proforma analyses, forecasting and modeling to project expected outcomes under varying conditions and prepare related reports reporting on results
• Working capital management comparing with previous years and budget
• Provide support in analyzing business proposals (Capex/ New Business)
• Performs other related duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Analytics or similar field / MBA / CPA
• Hands on experience in Anaplan and PowerBi preferred
• Four+ years’ relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis role preferred;
• Must be able to successfully pass company’s background check and pre-employment drug test;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Anaplan knowledge preferred;
• Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills;
• Strong detail orientation and multi-task skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Customer focused; team oriented
