Position: Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (Part-time will be considered)

Description Overview –

We are looking for an energetic speech pathologist (or an amazing CF or SLPA ) who loves working with children and being part of a team. As part of our speech team, you will have the ability to work with a diverse population of children (0-12 years of age) on goals related to speech, language, fluency, pragmatics, etc. You will also have the ability to work with our occupational therapists and physical therapists. If interested candidates also have the ability to join our feeding team.

We believe in collaboration between clinical teams and in rewarding hard work. Our clinical staff are paid a generous base salary and have the opportunity to earn monthly commissions and bonuses. Staff are expected to see up to 30 hours of direct treatment and are provided with a variety of incentives when they take on additional treatments, supervision, or other responsibilities.

We offer a variety of work schedules depending on the therapist's preference and the current staffing needs. Our clinic is open M-F from 8 am-7 pm and Sat from 8-5 pm so there is a lot of flexibility with shifts. Therapists who work Saturdays also receive a pay differential!

We understand therapists love working with clients which is why we try to remove any non-clinical tasks. Therapists are never responsible for scheduling their own clients which allows them more time to work on the fun stuff like playing with the kids! We also offer a full-service billing department to help families with insurance and funding sources so our therapists can focus on providing high-quality therapy services.

Position Responsibilities –

Our therapists are required to be hardworking, friendly, and personable. Working with children can be hard so team members who are fun, energetic, and compassionate are needed. Therapists spend 25-30 hours of their week providing direct patient care, the remaining time is spent in collaboration, community outreach, documentation, and misc office tasks. Therapists who choose to help more kids will be rewarded with monthly bonuses based on the kids they help.

All team members including therapists are expected to uphold their position and achieve the quotas set out for their position. The key responsibilities of speech-language pathologists are visits, evaluations, documentation, and collaboration.

Position Requirements –

Pediatric or childcare experience

Current SLP or RPE license, in good standing with the state licensing board

Good attitude & willingness to learn

While we are looking for highly skilled therapists to help us provide the best level of care if you are new to the field but are looking to learn how to provide this level of care we are happy to help train you if you have the right personality. Years of experience are nice but, a true passion for helping people is far more important. We are able to mentor clinical fellows who are passionate about children!
