Well Care Home Health is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologist for a Speech Therapist role completing in home visits with patients in the Lee and Harnett County, NC area. This is a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm opportunity with full benefits, PTO, tuition reimbursement and more!
The
Home Health Speech Therapist uses an individualized patient care plan to provide top quality care to all of our patients; keeping them Happy, Healthy and at Home. We are seeking a passionate Speech Therapist for our weekday team in Lee and Harnett Counties.
This position is
Full-Time Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. No on call responsibilities! Full benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with matching, and immediate PTO accrual.
Speech Therapists visit 4-5 patients on any given shift, driving to the patients home providing skilled therapy services. This position is primarily responsible for the initial assessment and case development of patients in all stages of life in their homes. Duties include but not limited to, assessing, interpreting, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients according to the patient’s age and diagnosis.
Speech Therapists (STs) with strong assessment and documentation skills are strongly encouraged to apply!

Must be able to check your email intermittently during the week to respond to documentation requests.
We are 100% EMR based and clinicians document in the patients' homes with company-issued tablets. Speech Therapist must be okay with traveling throughout the service area!
