Job Summary
The following description outlines the responsibilities for the position as Account Executive (AE) at Client Location. The AE develops and maintains relationships with key client contacts through daily interaction at client location. The role will act as primary conduit for Vector97 services provided to client headquarters and individual sites.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Develops relationships with key client contacts while officing at their headquarters.
  • Conducts reviews on accounts on regular basis to evaluate clients' needs to match with appropriate products and/or services.
  • Working with Clients; create and disseminate Monthly Reports, collection of Vector97 open invoices and confirm payments to haulers.
  • Client training on reading invoices, identifying savings, and payment history.
  • Account reconciliation
  • Review rate discrepancies and account issues with haulers via phone and email.
  • Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
  • Resolves customer concerns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Vector97 reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Change of ownerships
  • Rectify self-inflicted internal issues
  • Internal rate discrepancy (annual increase, service level change)
  • Data clean-up (updates of all contact data; Hauler and Client)

  • Ability to create reconciliations in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 Year Degree and/or Work Experience (Customer Service, Accounting)
  • Proficiency in Excel test

Physical Requirements

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,226.00 - $80,630.00 per year
