About the Role:
The Sr. Administrative Assistant oversees a variety of administrative responsibilities to support the People and Culture (formally Human Resources) department as well as the Assistant Vice Presidents of the department. You will be partnering with all levels of the Bank’s organization as a trusted and knowledgeable resource of the People and Culture department. You will assist the department with accomplishing its priorities and projects.
You Will:
  • Provide administrative support for senior leadership and overall department while projecting a professional image
  • Manage own work and special project assignments
  • Provide logistics for on-site meetings, coordinate meeting room schedules, prepare department level reports and presentations, and manage the reservations for the departmental conference rooms
  • Lead employee screening and rescreening process, ensure that all cases are adjudicated, documented and completed. Assist in the audit of the cases annually
  • Manage asset management requirements for onsite equipment including annual printer counts, expiration date tracking, equipment service requests, returning equipment to asset management
You Have:
  • High School Diploma required; two years of college education preferred
  • 5+ years of direct experience in an administrative or executive support position
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience leveraging technology to enhance business processes
  • Ability to write professional reports and business correspondence and effectively present information
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload
  • Excellent customer service and conflict management practices
  • Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements

Notes:
This position may be filled at various levels based on candidate's qualifications as determined by the department.
This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. For this specific role, 3 days per week of work can be conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition, all candidates must undergo an enhanced background check and comply with all applicable information handling rules, and all non-U.S. citizens must sign a declaration of intent to become a U.S. citizen and pursue a path to citizenship.
