Job Responsibilities:
- FHIR Experience required.
- Data Mapping & Data Integration experience required.
- ETL Business Analyst experience in Data Management, Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Data Validation (years of experience is not a true test).
- Advises and provides expertise to appropriate internal stakeholders to assess and deliver proposed complex technical solutions which meet business requirements and/or which integrate process, business rules and business data with technology.
- Determines and advises the most appropriate technical response to identified complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
- Determines complex IT best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
- Develops complex technical solution requirements for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Directs, advises and collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to determine complex technical specifications from business requirements.
- Identifies and directs the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Fundamentals skills - management skills, communication skills, problems solving skills, as well as research skills
- Technical skills - knowledge of software and IT skills
- Data analysis - use logical techniques to analyze, describe, and evaluate data in order to make meaning out of it
- System analysis - ability to study a business activity using technological mean so as to find solutions to a given business function
- Functional specifications - ability to explain in detail how a given technological solution would meet a given business requirement
- System integration specification - ability to bring different technological entities together to fix a given problem
- Document specifications - must be able to clearly document both operational and technical solutions to ensure stakeholder understanding and acceptance
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Minimum three years Business Analysis experience especially with healthcare sector.
