Director of Business Development – Commercial Sales
Rainbow Restoration of OC is looking for qualified candidates to fulfill a Senior Sales representative role responsible for account development and relationship building in the emergency disaster, restoration, and construction markets. Candidate will utilize agreed-upon written business, commercial sales, and marketing plan to acquire new business opportunities and generate top-line revenue growth and improving customer acquisition. The optimal candidate will be a driven and tenacious individual who can thrive in a fast-paced growth environment with strong adherence to achieving goals and performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
· Build restoration and construction sales pipeline through acquisition of target clients in key verticals across B2B and B2G markets.
· Achieve agreed upon key performance targets and other performance indicators in line with commercial business plan.
· Manage existing accounts and continually seek to expand through setting up regular face to face meetings and functions with customers and potential clientele
· Cultivate strong relationships to promote our services to referral sources and trade partners in order to increase lead generation and job size.
· Actively participate in local trade associations and relevant business organizations
· Diligently manage all reporting requirements daily, weekly, monthly, and annually as directed.
Prerequisite Skills:
· Exceptional relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Ability to leverage communication skills with clients to persuade and influence through meetings and presentations
· 5+ years' experience in B2B sales
· Background in account acquisition and retention in one or more of these verticals: office buildings, hospitality, high-rise buildings, government or municipalities, education, medical facilities, multi-family, commercial real estate, or retail space
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Proficiency and experience various CRM programs, Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of current business software technologies
· Possession and maintenance of a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record, ability to pass background check
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Satisfactory completion of the Commercial Sales Training Program and completion of all commercial sales tasks assigned
Performance against weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual targets goals and objectives
The volume of “quality” scheduled meetings, call report notes, proposals, presentations, Commercial Jobs, and Revenue
Size and quality of key Account Management Pipeline
Key account customer verbal and written feedback
Relationships with direct commercial customers and other key commercial referral contacts
Relationships with operations, management, and other company divisions
Involvement and results with specific business organizations
Commitment and usage of social media (LinkedIn)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
