Summary

Responsible for client consulting in the area of compensation. Develops, implements, and administers compensation strategies and programs within the assigned organizations. Assesses competitive practice and the position for specific programs. Performs and administers job evaluation, and pay program development. Develops and oversees processes for base salary and incentive plans.

This position will be based in Salisbury, MD at our Corporate Headquarters (relocation package available for eligible candidates), or open to remote or hybrid candidates preferably within a 3 to 4 hour drive from Salisbury, MD.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides client consulting to assigned businesses in all areas of compensation advising and providing tools, education, solutions and issue avoidance
• Project manages major business processes such as the merit program, short and long term incentives, and sales plans including client consulting on plan design and ensuring accuracy and seamless execution in plan administration
• Project manages and administers SuccessFactors systems and processes. Provides oversight and direction for SuccessFactors steering committee
• Provides direction and oversight of completion and submission of salary surveys including working with competitors and vendors to improve survey sources
• Provides recommendations on the best solutions for the business needs in terms of salary structures and other base pay management tools ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
• Manages all aspects of the market pricing process for all clients including budget recommendations and updated salary structures
• Provides oversight of job classification system ensuring it can comply with regulatory requirements, properly support salary administration, compliance recruiting and selection, and career development

Experience Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or HR. Minimum five (5) years Compensation professional level experience. Human Resources experience may be substituted for Compensation experience with demonstrated analytical skills. Solid track record utilizing Project Management tools and techniques.

Experience Preferred

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or HR preferred. CCP
