Summary: As a D365 F&O Systems Administrator, you will have an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting our growing global Dynamics environment. You will be focused on assisting with the support and maintenance of the global D365 F&O on-prem platform. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of AX 2012/D365 F&O and possess a proven track record of successfully delivering full lifecycle ERP support and implementations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • D365FO (on-prem) implementation and administration support
  • LCS onboarding, configuration and administration
  • Batch jobs setup and troubleshooting
  • SMTP configuration and administration in D365 for emails
  • User administration knowledge in D365
  • Knowledge of deploying DEV or other environments
  • Knowledge of configuring DEV environments and release to key developers
  • Troubleshoot DEV environment-related issues if any
  • Package deployment to non-dev environments
  • AX 2012 administration (on-prem)
  • Installation and configuration of all AX 2012 components
  • Management reporter installation, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of AX 2012 system architecture
  • Support AX2012 model store code promotions
  • Code merge conflicts and import of XPO'S
  • Batch jobs setup and troubleshooting
  • Enterprise portal installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with IT System Engineering experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics AX & D365 F&O (on-prem) implementation and support experience.
  • MS SQL server knowledge (DBA certification a plus).
  • General Microsoft Windows server technology knowledge.
  • Knowledge of server virtualization technologies.
  • Ability to provide technical support; troubleshoot support requests, find the issue, and implement a solution.
  • Self-motivated; willing to take on new opportunities and learn new technologies.
  • Must have the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting multi-site and multi-national implementations.
  • Able to travel 15%.
