The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) has the responsibility of coordinating and managing strategic HR initiatives. This includes employee relations, HR compliance, recordkeeping, training and development, compensation, and performance management.

PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) has the responsibility of coordinating and managing strategic HR initiatives. This includes employee relations, HR compliance, recordkeeping, training and development, compensation, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business, and regional operations leaders on strategic projects and initiatives
- Promote positive employee relations and build relationships with employees and managers to become a trusted human capital advisor
- Coach functional leadership in assigned client groups on issues including application of HR policies and processes, complex employee issues, individual performance expectations, and career development
- Consult with functional leaders in areas such as organizational assessment, succession planning, organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management to strengthen overall organizational capability
- Ensure alignment of HR processes through collaboration with the HR Leadership Team on defining, implementing, and continuous improvement, as well as the standardization of HR processes
- Conduct and thoroughly document assigned internal investigations ensuring relevant facts and options are considered
- Manage HR special projects as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Demonstrated success translating business strategies into organizational and HR actions- Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of and hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions (e.g., employee relations, total rewards, performance management, training and development, and talent acquisition)
- Experience working across a complex organizational matrix
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A record of accomplishment of positive results and an ability to show how HR programs and policies have contributed to the growth and bottom-line profitability of an organization while enhancing or driving cultural change
- Adherence to fair employment laws and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage people-data to tell a story
- Valid Driver’s License required in cases where travel off site is needed
- Travel requirement is approximately 20%
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP, preferred
Salary range for this position is $89,000 to $115K
