One of our clients in East Freetown, MA has an IMMEDIATE need for a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure that all production equipment functions correctly and receives regular maintenance. The position requires the ability to diagnose and repair complicated technical problems across a wide variety of machinery, including automation control systems, servo drives, PLC controllers, process control and instrumentation. The Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician will perform required maintenance, repair, and inspection and serve as a lead to other technicians.

Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment inspection, diagnose and repair machine troubles
• Perform predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance
• Maintain machine repair and maintenance records
• Serve as a lead worker to other technicians, providing guidance when necessary
• Qualify Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Identify and implement machine reliability improvements
• Perform lock out tag out, confined space, and other safety procedures with operations
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, keep work areas clean and safe
• Occasionally cover alternate shifts when required

Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician requires technical expertise with the following processes:

• Industrial Mechanics and Controls
• Electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Fluid Power (hydraulics and pneumatics)
• Industrial Electricity (AC, DC, Servo Systems and PLC controls)
• Automation and Data Management Systems
• Welding (arc, mig, tig, resistance, inductive, ultrasonic)
• HVAC systems

Other Requirements:

• 10+ years with technical Industrial Maintenance
• Experience with computerized Maintenance Management Software Systems
• OSHA 30 Certification

Hours: Monday through Friday / 8:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
