Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing

We are searching for an energetic Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to be the primary leader for multiple highly visible online marketing channels essential to the continued growth of the Zenoti business. Reporting to the Director of Digital Experiences, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute digital strategies that are among the largest sources of qualified leads and overall company revenue.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with taking the initiative, working with various teams within marketing and sales, has strong strategic and analytical skills, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to make an impact.

What will I be doing?

  • Leading the lead acquisition marketing programs across paid search, display, and video platforms.
  • Optimizing landing pages and campaigns to boost conversion rates, increase marketing efficiency, and increase marketing contributed bookings.
  • Partner with sales development leadership to ensure proper lead follow-up and conversion efficiency down-funnel.
  • Help to measure success and contribution to revenue for all digitial initiatives.

What skills do I need?

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B digital marketing (tech, SaaS, or agency)
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and/or website content optimization
  • Hands-on experience building, launching and optimizing campaigns in paid search, display and video
  • Mastery of digital marketing best practices (Paid Search, website and landing page UX/UI, etc.)
  • Metrics-driven marketing that identifies new opportunities through critical analysis of campaign performance and prospect journeys
  • Strong project management skills
  • Able to work cross-functionally and collaborate with global teams
  • Proficiency in marketing tools including Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Paid Search Console, and conversational marketing platforms (i.e.. Intercom, ManyChat, Drift).
