Sr Operational Improvement Analyst/Financial Analyst

Summary:

This critical position supports the performance improvement agenda of Finance Administration through the facilitation of key program and project objectives aimed at achieving excellence in operations and financial health. Working under general direction, assists in development of tools, training and by developing reports and decision support tools for leadership consumption and decision making. The opportunity would report to the office of the SVP of Finance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required.

Hospital System or Healthcare experience required.

Collaborates with myriad departments and individuals to obtain accurate, dependable, and timely data supporting performance improvement activities.

Documents, and measures the effectiveness of operational programs as directed.

Creates, analyzes, evaluates, manages, reports, and consults on various sources of operational performance data throughout the Lifespan Hospital system.

Proactively evaluates all performance data for accuracy and validity. Creates, Identifies, collects, and analyzes data specific to operational priorities and projects.

Use collected data to define and measure processes, identify variation from accepted standards of practice and define patterns and trends.

Align data collection to accurately measure process steps for improvement.

Develops operational dashboards and balanced scorecard for monitoring operational performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,398.93 per year
