Position Overview
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for conducting full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews along with completing the onboarding process of the candidates for assigned searches in order to support the dynamic growth of Community Coffee. This individual will need to maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

This individual will need to maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
- Successfully executes full cycle recruitment including sourcing, recruitment, selection, offer, negotiation and closing for all open positions.
- Coordinates and manages candidate experience at all phases of recruiting process through onboarding.
- Utilizes multiple channels to identify and attract top talent including social media, career fairs, networking, referral programs, etc.
- Provides input into overall Talent Acquisition strategy to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensures staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
- Devises and implements strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
- Creates and implements end-to-end hiring processes to facilitate a Brand-led experience.
- Forms close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
- Identifies and creates opportunities to enhance the interview, candidate, and hiring manager experiences.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with hiring managers, vendors, universities, technical trade schools and community organizations.
- Mentors and assists in training of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Completes special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
- May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Will consider experience in lieu of education
- 4 years progressive recruiting experience required.
- Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources.
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws required.
- Experience using technology (including social media/mobile recruiting) to source candidates within a targeted population and specific geographic markets.
- Experience in use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ability to effectively utilize internet, social media recruiting, and database applications.
- Ability and skills to be proactive and think strategically.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Skills and ability to maintain effectiveness amid distractions as well as objectivity under pressure.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and scripts with minimal variation when applicable.
