Spang & Company has an opening for a Senior Technical Support Analyst at itscorporate office in Pittsburgh, PA. This position will ensure proper computer, network, and application operation for end users. This includes actively resolving escalated help requests within established service-level objectives. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or Computer Science is preferred. Experience in a user-facing support role is required. Experience in supporting Windows workstations, basic office software applications, and voice and data networks is preferred. PC or network support certifications are strongly preferred.
