Position objective: This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing Onboarding Standards for Warehouse
Responsibilities
- Onboarding for new hires
- Hiring of Warehouse Employees
- Implements process enhancements to improve process enhancements to performance and hiring standards
- Utilizes visual factory concepts to maximize onboarding and performance
- Builds the of picking and onboarding standards
- Tracks progress of new employees during first 60 days
- Saturday supervision during picking shift
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 management and supervision skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected Compensation range for this position is between $55,400 - $83,150
- Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
