Overview:

Headquarters, Air Combat Command (ACC), Directorate of Operations (A3), Flight Operations Division (A3T) at Langley Air Force Base, VA is responsible for the combat readiness and training of the Combat Air Forces (CAF). ACC/A3T provides the operational expertise required to meet current and future needs of the CAF by developing, coordinating, and publishing command guidance for all aspects of CAF fighter aircrew training.

Job Summary:

Compile and maintain data from SAVs, Readiness Assistance Visits (RAVs), the Evaluation Standardization Assessment Program (ESAP), AQCs, UEIs, SEBs, periodic unit exercises, and any other source providing meaningful data.

Requirement: Active SECRET Clearance is required

Education and Experience:

• USAF aircrew qualification, OR Flight Standardization and Evaluation expertise, OR 1 year of HQ staff experience at the NAF level or higher

Essential Duties:

• Identify deficient areas and develop recommendations for improvements.
• Analyze, package, and present information to MAJCOM, NAF and Wing leadership.
• Accomplish periodic reports regarding completion of assigned duties.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly communicate technical approaches and findings
