WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Psycho Bunny is looking for a talented and Stock Fulfillment Specialist seeking a new challenge and open to a unique opportunity. Reporting to the Stock Supervisor, the Stock Fulfillment Specialist will provide an extraordinary customer experience to our online customers, through accurate and prompt delivery of online purchases.

HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

  • Processing shipment, replenishment, stockroom maintenance, cleaning, and general organization.

  • Stay familiar with inventory and understand how to use existing systems to check availability.

  • Support the sales floor team on replenishment, recover and selling.

  • Assist with the stores visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.

  • Understand all stock loss and security procedures and ensure attention to these at all times.

  • Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures. Report violations to the supervisor.

  • Provide excellent customer service by providing timely completion of customer orders.

  • Communicate status of orders, inquiries, and issues via telephone and electronic messaging.

  • Investigate possible delays in shipments and follow-up with third party logistics providers and open investigations.

  • Determines method of shipment that complies with established policies and procedures and customer specifications.

  • Affixes shipping labels on packed parcels or stencils identifying shipping information on parcels.

  • Assembles and/or selects reassembled package

  • Places identifying information and shipping instructions onto packages.

  • Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage.

  • Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, reports damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.

  • Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

  • Provide pricing and delivery information.

  • Fold clothing appropriately prior to packing

  • Assist stock supervisor with other duties as required.

  • Work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 1 year of retail stock experience

  • Previous experience in ecommerce order fulfillment, preferred.

  • Previous experience using an Order Management system or a Warehouse Management system preferred.

  • You have strong attention to detail

  • You have strong written & verbal communication skills.
