Job: Morning Coffee Host / Hostess

Position Description
The Coffee host/hostess will be in charge of brewing and maintaining our delicious Green Mountain coffee and making sure that our fresh baked pastry displays are full through the breakfast hours Maplefields has an excellent coffee program that is very busy. Along with filling up the pots with hot coffee the host/ hostess will keep the creamers, milks, sugars, napkins, cups, lids, cappuccino machine and clean at all times.

Along with filling up the pots with hot coffee the host/ hostess will keep the creamers, milks, sugars, napkins, cups, lids, cappuccino machine and clean at all times.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Brew coffee and fill pots. Must be able to multitask and brew several pots of coffee at the same time
- Replenish coffee as needed- be able to keep them full and hot throughout morning coffee rush
- Clean and sanitize coffee bar using food safety procedures
- Be able to document coffee waste and temperatures as needed
- Replenish/fill pastry domes and fruit display with fresh products using food safety procedures
- Clean and fill creamer, milk, sugar containers as well as pastry bar domes
- Fill cup, lid, napkin holders
- Be a team player with coworkers to get the job done as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Organize and clean coffee drawers and shelving
- Clean/fill Cappuccino
- Wash pastry domes and empty coffee pots
- Understands importance of coffee temperature checks every 4 hours and document properly
- Demonstrates teamwork and excellent customer service skills
- Understand that prep work is never done and there is always something to do
- Conforms to the Company Handbook as well as Food Safety Standards
- Complete cleaning duties that may be sometimes difficult to complete during the busy day time hours
