A full-time non-exempt position with primary working hours of Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (37.5 hours/week) with a half an hour lunch.

The SAP Supervisor position requires a master?s degree in a clinical field; two years of Mental Health experience required. Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Services Provided through the SAP Supervisor:

• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coordination and implementation of a team of professional staff who are responsible for the provision and coordination of assessment/intake to students in assigned school districts.
• Monitors the compiling, maintenance, and review of necessary client records to assure compliance with county, state and SAP regulations.
• Monitors adherence to regulations and the accurate and prompt completion of all reporting, billing and other required paperwork.
• Will work closely with Managed Care Organizations and County personnel to ensure continuity of care and timely processing of data.
• Will be active in both roles as supervisor and working liaison to school districts assigned. The supervisor will assist in development and implementation of the SAP program for each school district assigned while taking in consideration each districts culture and needs for the students served
• An active member of the Emergency Behavioral Health (EBH) team and must be flexible for out of state trainings. The supervisor will attend meetings and have regular communication with Westmoreland Drug and Alcohol Commission Inc. regarding SAP activities and data.
