Job Opening Summary
Part-time position providing office support that includes use of copy machine, fax machine, personal computer (PC) and phone. Provides assistance each day in handling the mail distribution for the human resources division, including courier services to north and south campuses. Receptionist duties provided, as needed, such as filing, data entry and minor projects as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- This position does not require a high school diploma/degree, but must be either a senior in high school (dual enrollment or work program) or attending college.
- Business curriculum background and/or interest preferred.
- Knowledgeable of the use of a PC is helpful.

NOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or Shands automobile
a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job.

Shift hours: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
