Summary/Objective

Oversite and direction of a skilled team of Service Advisors, technicians and express lube team.

Essential Functions

Consult and collaborate with Parts Manager and dealership management on all aspects of Fixed Operations

  • Wholesale growth
  • All fill rate analysis
  • Lost sales tracking
  • General growth and profitability of the dealerships parts business
  • Develop, implement and coordinate strategic plan to maximize margins
  • Lead team of professionals to achieve aggressive sales goals and profit objectives
  • Utilize systems, hardware, software, marketing and products to maximize efficiency and accurately track sales gross
  • Implement and manage best practices that deliver exceptional CSI scores

Supervisory Responsibility

This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This position is full-time exempt. Expected hours of work may vary. Work week is defined as Monday through Saturday.

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years automotive service experience
  • A bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience in related field
  • Prior experience and proven success in leading and managing a team to meet or exceed clear goals and objectives
  • Must be able to work an extended hours schedule, including weekends
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work with in a fast-paced environment
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Working knowledge of the most current technologies and products used in the industry helpful
