Manufacturing company seeking an experienced, hands on Supervisor for our Enamel Department.
Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Ability to work well with others, exhibiting teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask by handling diverse assignments concurrently
- Ensures good housekeeping, safety practices and the availability of adequate supplies and equipment
- Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
Basic Qualifications: Supervisory experience required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with others
- Strong record for achieving quality, safety and production goals
