Principal Responsibilities: This position is responsible for overseeing the recruitment of interns and is responsible or oversight of the interns' field work.
Salary Range for this position is $67,000 to $75,000 commensurate with experience
- Recruit Interns, Social Workers and Case Mangers in the organization with a heavy focus on internship program.
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting and on-boarding of Social Workers/Case Managers and Interns
- Confer with hiring managers for feedback and finalization of hiring decisions.
- In conjunction with the Manager Recruitment reach out to colleges and universities and establish strong ties in effort to create pipeline of candidates
- Assist Manager of Recruitment in working with various departments to develop recruitment strategies for Social Workers
- Meet with Social Work interns and review process recordings
- Maintain relationship with Director of program student is interning and task supervisor of intern
- Maintain and meet with School field liaison as assigned by the school and adhere to the standards of the school’s internship program.
Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a LMSW and 2-3 years of student supervision
- Must have SIFI certification
- Problem solving abilities while multi-tasking; ability to exercise sound judgment
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures within HR a big plus
- Ability to work on own initiative
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with phone and computer use; hybrid work model with 2 days per week in office, plus field work after thirty days of employment.
Education
Required- Masters or better in Social Work
