Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst role involves regular interfacing with suppliers and internal customers to establish cost, supply chain expectations and deliver results. We expect

• Assess the current supply chain network and make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations to meet business needs
• Lead a team of operations associates to ensure best-in-class customer service is delivered daily.
• Assist the Supply Chain Manager in generating inventory and purchasing-related inquiries and reports.
• Extensive experience with PC, ERP software, SAP, and Microsoft products
• Polished and professional communication will staff, vendors, and leaders at all levels
• Place, process, and monitor all purchase orders to internal and external vendors
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is anticipated over time with a variety of tasks
• Implement and manage methods to visualize & track key supplier metrics for scoring purposes
• Coordinate with our overseas partners to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
• Work with the master data team to maintain SKU and forecast accuracy
• Assist in mapping, improving, and documenting inventory flow and operations.
• Assist in annual physical inventories at various warehouse locations throughout the US.
