onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Global Supply Chain Operations team, located in Phoenix, AZ. As the Next Generation Supply Chain Operations Functional Lead, you will influence and improve the onsemi end-to-end supply chain, develop solutions in alignment with strategy and stakeholders, and implement enterprise-wide solutions. - Influence and execute global Supply Chain vision, strategy and projects
- Provide oversight of end-to-end supply chain transformation functional design
- Assure integration between functional Supply Chain operations tracks
- Assures project ROI and KPIs are defined and achieved.
- Escalate and drive resolution of project issues.
- Identify, diagnose, and execute on opportunities to transform the end-to-end Supply Chain
- Document the “As Is” systems and processes (examples: Sales and Operations Planning; Demand Management/Demand Planning, Forecasting)
- Develop the “To Be” systems and processes
- Create detailed plans to move from the “As Is” state to the desired “To Be” state
- Interface across Supply Chain projects where project interdependencies exist
- Communicate plans and ensure stakeholders buy in
- Develop KPIs and metrics and report progress on a regular cadence
- Engage and support formal change management initiatives
- Align and execute to project plans; meet deliverables on-time and in-budget

Requirements:
- 15 years plus experience in Supply Chain or semiconductor industry roles to include demand management/demand planning, S&OP, and supply chain process improvement
- Experience with ERP systems and implementations
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
- Understanding of the semiconductor industry
- Experience with Qlikview, Kinaxis, and/or Blue Yonder a plus
- Experience with enterprise integrations and divestitures desired
- Bachelor’s degree for Business in Supply Chain is preferred, Master’s degree a plus
