Overview:
As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is responsible for a variety of internal operational support and administrative duties, with the ability to multitask, adjust to fluctuating work volume and provide exceptional support to our internal partners. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.

All employees and temporary workers are required to provide proof of vaccination for COVID-19 in connection with performing in-person work at an LLS office or other location, or before attending any LLS sponsored event, unless a reasonable accommodation is approved, consistent with applicable law.

While employees may be permitted to work remotely, travel to the assigned office, HUB or Satellite Offices may be required as determined by the employee’s manager and the employee’s Strategic Talent Partner.

Responsibilities:
Communications Support
  • Assist in the implementation of external communications plans, including drafting, proofing, and launching short-form content to volunteers such as emails and text messages
  • Maintain an understanding of communications best practices and workflows for multiple outreach platforms
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the campaign communications calendars
  • Track communications performance and assist in reporting
Operations Support
  • Execute internal operations support including, but not limited to: creating events in C360, Eventbuilder or Classy, registering thousands of OTY team members, registering corporate LTN team members, assisting with data entry, pulling and maintaining lists, assisting with the TNT commitment process, and taking on other projects as needed.
  • Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality and follow detailed workflows to maintain access to banking systems
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned campaigns and functions

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of related customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of communications and marketing outreach channels
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software programs at one time
  • Must pass an FCRA accredited background check

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • Average hourly rate $20-$24/hour
  • Some weekend & evening work required
