Monday - Friday with a 1 hour unpaid lunch = 35 paid hrs. per week - no nights, weekends or holidays!

**Mileage reimbursement @ fifty-six cents per mile for work related travel**

The Supportive Housing Coordinator provides coordination of services and support to all residents living in Milford at Fairfield Court, Birmingham Court, Greenleaf Terrace and in Mendon at Sunrise Apartments. The Supportive Housing Coordinator is based in the community and comes into the Tri-Valley office in Dudley only a couple of times a month.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist consumers in maintaining tenancy.
2. Help residents access in-home services, community resources & public benefits.
3. Work closely as a team with housing authority and in home service providers.
4. Outreach & resident activity coordination.

Qualifications:
1. BA/BS Degree required; knowledge of housing/social services with elders or adults with disabilities strongly preferred.
2. Solid written, verbal, communication, interpersonal, and team skills.
3. Valid driver's license; maintain minimum insurance liability requirements and complete motor vehicle driving record check.
4. Organizational & Time management skills.
