IV Medical Services is looking to fill multiple positions with experienced self-motivated medical billers, coders and follow-up personnel with the desire for a stable long-term career. We are a growing multi-office healthcare company that is offering an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to act as an account manager in our Hauppauge office responsible for the end to end billing process for our clients.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* coding
* charge entry
* postings
* follow-up including working denials and writing appeals
* credentialing
* communication with clients
Qualifications:
* MINIMUM THREE (3) years experience
* ability to handle multiple accounts
* strong communication skills
* ability to work in a team environment
* strong computer skills including working with various billing programs as well as word processing and spreadsheets
* strong organization skills
* bilingual - Spanish
*SURGICAL BILLING especailly ORTHOPEDICS and PLASTICS, DERMATOLOGY, are a big plus
*Salary is Commensurate with Experience
*Full Time Position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
