Surveillance Investigator Job at Ho-Chunk Gaming Madison Surveillance
About us
The Surveillance Investigator is responsible for the integrity of tribal gaming and Ho-Chunk Nation assets. They shall investigate deviations related to the Gaming Ordinance, Internal Control Manual, Mininum Internal Control Standards and Standard Operating Procedures. The Surveillance Investigator regularly spends their time at a workstation watching live and recorded video, reviewing daily logs and reports, creating case files, conducting interviews/interrogations, data-mining, answering phones, and completely reports in an office environment. Other duties may be set forth by the Surveillance Director.
Due to the sensitivity of the position, experience and education are non-waiverable.
- Must have 2 years of higher education
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license.
- Posesion of working vehicle, valid driver's license, and proper insurance.
- Must have 5 years of surveillance-related experience
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of casino gaming experience.
- 2 years of investigative experience in a corporate environment preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.35 per hour

Masks are currently not required, but recommended and provided by the casino. Regularly deep-cleaning is conducted. On-site rapid tests available.
