This role will lead project execution through the design and implementation of different research methods (mostly surveys and focus groups) and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses that deliver strong, data-driven stories to drive impact. You must be grounded in foundational research methods and analytics, and able to connect the dots between what the business needs to achieve within their organization and what assessment and analytics tools to use to ensure the right data and insight is gathered. And most importantly, you are a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, who can talk business partners through the connections between the data and their vision for associate engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Update, maintain, and execute annual engagement/Pulse surveys
  • Work with each division across the enterprise in survey creation to ensure consistent and correct questions, communication, and reporting
  • Review and create survey reports and the survey report plan, while creating ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders; manage access across survey platform
  • Lead results conversations with business leaders with a focus on and action planning
  • Managing or assisting with data collection or other study operations (includes possible travel)
  • Present research findings such that the organization grows in its knowledge of survey best practices
  • Provide onboarding, training, and performance management for survey talent in different parts of the business (both team members and independent contractors)
  • Continually evolve the enterprise-wide listening strategy to ensure alignment with the unique, global needs of employees
  • Draw conclusions that inform management’s decision making across the enterprise related to engagement, well-being, and belonging

Requirements

  • 2+ years of designing and implementing large-scale employee surveys
  • Experience implementing surveys in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Degree in IO Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, Statistics, or related field
  • Experience communicating research to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Research-oriented background, data analytical skills, and a proven track record of identifying and solving problems
  • Experience with both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Excellent team collaboration skills

Prefered:

  • Masters Degree Preferred
