Sales Rep Duties

• Conduct “Design Consultation” where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership.
• After assessing customer needs and expectations, designs and recommends a backyard pool utilizing professional pool design software.
• Conducts immediate and scheduled follow up appointments.
• Conduct “Design Presentation” where the salesperson presents Company, provides differentiation and explains the process of building a pool to customers using presentation binder.
• Provide a completed contract packet to business manager for approval.
• Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Gunite to walk customers and construction managers through job phases.
• Build referral relationships.
• Exceed customer expectations.

Sales Rep Job Requirements:

• 1+ year Successful Experience in Fast Paced Top Level Sales
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report
• Sales Experience a Plus

$1500 monthly gas allowance for the 1st month. Commission Only position.
