Requisition Summary
The License Administrator’s focus is to maintain and support the approval and use of various licensing applications. The successful candidate will be highly self-directed, an excellent problem-solver and able to work with all levels of the organization and vendors. Strong communication and excellent organizational skills are required.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Analyze license usage and perform trend analysis using license management reporting tools
- Provide divisions with an annual engineering license budget forecast
- Work with division budget owners to get consensus when licenses are renewed and when additional licenses are to be purchased
- Liaison between PACCAR Purchasing and software vendor as needed
- Submit Purchase Requests in SAP for license additions and renewals in a timely manner
- Audit support as required
- Provide user support; troubleshoot and implement fixes for license related issues
- Maintain and update the collection of license managers on multiple servers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Technical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and vendors
- Demonstrated problem solving, facilitation, and customer service skills
- Highly self-motivated and flexible with focus on delivery
- Able to work effectively in a team environment with little or no supervision
- Maintained high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
- Proven ability to stay organized
- Proficiency in excel
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required
Physical Demands
- Prolonged sitting and manual dexterity are required
- This position is in an office/desk work setting

The salary range for the Systems Administrator - Software Assets is $78,100 - $122,300 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for a full range of benefit options listed above.
