The Systems Engineer is responsible for the following:*

Assess and identify appropriate solutions to be implemented into our clients IT environment and make solution recommendations to the sales team(vCIO)

• Completely own, execute and manage customer projects and internal initiatives.
• Understand design and implementation of core networks
• Participate in project design, estimation, and implementation
• Resolve escalated inbound hardware, software, or network technical support requests, via email, phone and web
• Document customer interaction with high attention to detail and accuracy within ConnectWise system

• 6+ years providing systems administration
• Server Administration: troubleshooting servers and associated applications, installing new servers.
• Networking(Cisco): implementing & supporting managed switches, routing & vlans.
• Microsoft Azure and Intune
• Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMWare
• Experience and understanding of:
• ConnectWise Suite
• Microsoft Azure
