Summary
HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking a mid-level Systems Engineer Project Manager to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. This position is eligible for remote work.
What you will do
- Manage and coordinate projects with several business partners both inside and outside of the Administrative Office of the US Courts.
- Document project milestones and keep management appraised of progress and any risk to project completion.
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Create project plans and schedules.
- Work in a team environment and serving as proxy for other team members as needed.
What you must have
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Ability to manage several IT projects at the same time.
- Ability to track multiple deadlines in parallel
- Building flow charts
- Program development lifecycle
- Project timelines or MS Project skills
- Time management
- Problem solving related to projects
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle competing work demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to do limited travel (0-4 times a year)
- All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation per HII requirements.
Bonus points for
- Bachelors degree with 9 years generalized experience and 6 years specialized experience
- PMP
- 2 years’ experience with ITIL processes
