Position Summary:
The
Systems Integration Manager (SIM) serves as the technical lead for system implementations and migrations for both small and large customer accounts. Adept at project planning with the ability to work with highly technical customer counterparts as well as non-technical pharmacists, managers, and directors. Highly skilled both technically and non-technically with advanced customer service skills. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Windows Client/Server Operating Systems, Server Hardware, TCP/IP Networking, Telecom Integration, and Microsoft SQL Server. Lead point of contact for communications with customers for upgrades, migrations, conversions and is a consultant for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) Implementation Coordinators (ICs) and Support Engineers. Resolves any outstanding issues and answers questions from the customers and a wide variety of internal teams. Helps train Support Engineers and other future System Analysts in Company proprietary software and Interface integration and computer system design and administration best practices. Reports to the Customer Success Manager, but due to the off hour and weekend work, the SIM often operates autonomously.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
SIM 2’s have an array of responsibilities that revolve around designing, developing, and integrating systems to keep them functioning. They do this by examining systems, troubleshooting their issues, developing solutions to problems that arise and brainstorming possible upgrades that could be made.
- Performs systems design, application installations, integrations, migrations, and administration
- Provides remote and some onsite engineering and integration for customers, servicing physical and virtual systems. Skilled in Company proprietary software and Interface integration
- Assists customers with remote installations, data migrations, upgrades, conversions
- Server builds (OS and applications), configuring disk arrays, Integra product installations/configurations, configuring and testing interfaces between Integra applications and other vendors or customers products
- Assists customers with client installations, network printer installations, drive mapping to server shares configuring local and network scanning devices. Installation/configuration of local fax software
- Assists with configuration of solutions to route email to DocuTrack server Pop Downloader or send connectors

Team with PrimeCare SMEs to configure and test systems like HL7, WebConnect, eRx and QCF
Qualifications:
- Ability to work off hour implementation or migration work that may occur on weeknights or weekends
- Associates degree required and Bachelor's degree preferred
- Adept at scripting in both T-SQL and PowerShell
- Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) integration
