We are seeking a Systems/Network Administrator to join our Hosted Partner Services team that supports internal and external Jack Henry customers. The individual in this role will handle all assigned services deployed within the Jack Henry data centers. They will be responsible for design, implementation, and support / managing servers as well coordinating the product installations with internal Jack Henry business units and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts and principles, experience with Microsoft IIS Administration, and outstanding project management skills. They will be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

This position can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office or remote from any US location. Salary range for this position is $54-85k, depending on candidate experience and location.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Monitor systems and security policies for optimum performance and availability.
• Coordinate, install, configure, and maintain systems, such as LAN, WAN, Internet and/or data networks.
• Implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer and internally-reported system problems.
• Document and implements system procedures, policies, and events.
• Perform essential functions required for effective system backup and restore testing, including disaster recovery plans.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Windows Server or applications support.
• Experience with IIS.
• Ability to participate in on call rotations (1 week every 8 weeks) and work 2 weekends a year for semi-annual disaster recovery exercises.
• Ability to travel up to 5% to attend meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

• Experience with Web Site Performance Tuning, Monitoring, and Vulnerability Management.
