Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team at PVH by working closely with the recruiters to provide support on scheduling and facilitating, and managing job requisitions in the applicant system, Workday. The TA Coordinator also supports the team’s operational work, ensuring that the recruiting process is run as consistently and efficiently as possible.
In providing this support, the TA Coordinator will interact with candidates/applicants, CK recruiters, hiring managers, executives and executive admins, in addition to other areas of the business and Human Resources as needed. This person must be highly organized, detailed, and meticulous. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual that is able to manage a high volume of requests and projects without sacrificing quality.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Serve as the primary contact for routing requisitions, posting positions online, moving candidates through the process via Workday applicant tracking system
- Review online applicants, understand position requirements and support a constant candidate flow to the recruiter
- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers
- Update candidate records and job postings in Workday and confirming new hires
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report
- Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a support, administrative, customer service position
- Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience is nice to have, not required
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain professional demeanor and discretion with respect to confidentiality at all times
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs; proactive approach and sense of urgency, a must
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Critical Thinking: Use decisive reasoning to determine the best course of action in supporting multiple recruiters, multiple tasks. Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Demonstrates sound judgment & able to make decisions and move forward in ambiguous situations.
- Technical Skills: proficient in Excel and spreadsheets, databases and MS Office
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system is nice to have such as Workday

Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00
