Summary:
In partnership with Administrative Director of Talent Acquisition, implements all talent acquisition strategies across the organization as well as process improvement initiatives that align with the mission, values, and objectives of the Memorial Healthcare Systems. Manages the Talent Acquisition recruitment team and all aspects of successful client relationships, operational success and day-to-day activities in accordance with the service level agreement focused on the optimal Memorial Experience.

Manages the Talent Acquisition recruitment team and all aspects of successful client relationships, operational success and day-to-day activities in accordance with the service level agreement focused on the optimal Memorial Experience.
Detailed responsibilities:
- Manages recruitment staff, ensuring consistent application of policies, equitable salary administration, and compliance with all government regulations and all regulatory standards.
- Supervises and acts as a resource to Talent Acquisition recruitment team by providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to team within designated areas of responsibility. Responsible for facilitating teamwork, problem-solving and project management with the Talent Acquisition team. Foster professional development and team building among staff.
- Works in collaboration with Administrative Director regarding operational labor budget review, strategy development, marketing plan review, staff management and monitoring productivity and staff development.
- Maintains all aspects of the Talent Acquisition service level agreement which includes the development, implementation and monitoring systems necessary to integrate and align recruitment practices to provide efficiency, customer satisfaction, and applicant experiences in alignment with the Memorial Experience.
- Serves as the subject matter expert regarding talent acquisition ATS and operational processes.

Must be able to travel to various recruitment events at on and off-site locations.
Required Work Experience: Seven (7) years of Human Resources or management experience.
