We are a growing education based in Tempe, AZ. This is an in office position, not hybrid or remote.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Coaching, leading teams and processes across various divisions and departments
• Skilled in recruiting Sales and Marketing teams
• Skilled in driving goals and objectives on a strategic level
• Leveraging team's strengths to ensure the company's needs are met
• Familiarity with relevant employment Law
• Experience recruiting sales personnel and marketing staff
• Aggressive pursuit of potential employees and excellent networking skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieves staffing objectives by working with leadership to identify staffing needs both current and future
• Working with hiring managers to drive a positive candidate experience
• Driving company employer brand via recruiting adverts
• Builds applicant sources by networking, researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications and making suggestions for improvements where needed
• Attracts applicants by monitoring and managing placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups, job sites and various social media
• Drives talent team in ensuring quality in recruitment process and procedures
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
