Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a recruiter or a talent acquisition business partner, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Talent Acquisition Partner position is responsible for finding top talent in all levels of the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills and should be comfortable managing the entire recruiting process - from partnering with hiring managers to defining candidate profiles all the way through extending offers. This position works in partnership with Business Unit Human Resources throughout the organization and reports to the Director Talent Acquisition.

What you will be doing

  • Screen applicant resumes and develop a candidate pool for pre-screen interviews
  • Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates
  • Facilitate interview feedback and decision making meetings for hiring of exempt staff.
  • Manage recruitment process and applicants consistent with regulatory and record keeping requirements
  • Perform targeted candidate searches increase applicant flow via internet job boards, employee referrals, local advertising and social networks.
  • Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely manner
  • Selection of the candidates by conducting detailed phone interview
  • Work in partnership with Business Area HR Partners to ensure alignment in the recruiting process


What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to collaborate and influence all layers of the organization
  • Ability to leverage both the internal and external talent pipeline to identify the best candidate for critical roles
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and hiring practices.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends and practices.
  • Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain workload and manage competing demands

EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING

  • US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required.
  • Relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
