TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER - Part Time

This role supports the Account Managers of our HR Consultancy with recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, posting, administrative, coordination, tasks and related items, focusing specifically on Evergreen roles in SALES, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, and CUSTOMER SUCCESS. This is a Part-Time Hourly Freelance role working 20-25+ hours/week as needed. This role is a remote position.

- HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE -
- Post job descriptions on job sites and job boards including Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Craigslist, University Job Boards, and LinkedIn.
- Support with role research, and putting together job descriptions.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn and social media by using keywords searches and thoughtful messaging.
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
- Support with developing interview guides and completing hiring blueprints.
- Conduct phone and/or video interview screens, taking effective notes and getting the candidate excited about the role AND company (a little bit of sales goes a long way!).
- Maintaining and updating job postings to ensure that our roles are refreshed every 60 days, and we’re not promoting roles that no longer exist
- Putting yourself in candidates’ shoes to create a high-touch, high-care candidate experience. You’ll follow-up regularly with candidates in the pipeline and efficiently coordinate virtual and on-site interviews communicating the agenda and logistics details with candidates and interviewers.
- WHAT YOU HAVE -
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks and projects within deadline
- Hands on experience with various selection processes like resume screening, phone interviews, and partnering closely with hiring managers
- Ability & Excitement to learn and follow our hiring system taking hiring leaders and candidates through an effective process that may include different types of interviews (initial screens, competency based, etc...) and assessments.
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
- BS degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition, people, administrative, or sales
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency when juggling multiple priorities
- Commitment to providing high touch, outstanding experiences to candidates, hiring leaders and other stakeholders.
- Experience with gmail, Google Suite including Google Docs and Sheets and collaborating via these tools.
- Proven work experience as a high volume recruiter, preferably hiring for sales, call center, and account management type roles is ideal, but not required.
