The Role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play an integral role within our global talent acquisition team and contribute to the overall success by supporting various aspects of the talent acquisition function, including interview scheduling, candidate sourcing and engagement, employer branding and events, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners across US and Europe scheduling complex interviews across multiple time zones and interview teams, while ensuring a high touch and genuine candidate experience and accurate maintenance of Jobscore (ATS)
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to execute on candidate sourcing strategies, including posting open opportunities to job boards, researching ideal candidate profiles, building talent pools, and engaging and nurturing qualified candidates
- Maintain external talent acquisition branding sites (ie LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.), ensuring effective positioning of Sojern’s employer value proposition and in alignment with overall Sojern brand positioning and guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop recruitment marketing content, such as social media content, blog posts, one pagers, event collateral, videos, etc. to bring our employer brand to life
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to organize and facilitate talent acquisition events, including career fairs, open houses, university and networking events (in person and virtual)
- Become Jobscore (ATS) product knowledge expert and assist with ATS maintenance, optimization and reporting
- Collaborate with talent acquisition team to support other programs and projects as needed to make our team and performance the best it can be!
What you bring to the table:
- 1-2+ years’ talent acquisition operations and/or HR coordination experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging to appropriate audiences
- Passionate about #deliveringwow by creating an exceptional candidate experience and representing Sojern’s mission, vision and values
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new recruiting tools/systems and share system knowledge with others
- Highly organized, impeccable time management and a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and act with a sense of urgency while delivering accurate work
- Collaborative team player with willingness to help others
Bonus Points if you have:
- Project coordination experience in a talent acquisition function
- Exposure to recruitment marketing or b2b marketing principles
