We are currently seeking a hybrid/remote Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in high-volume recruitment, possess excellent communication and organizational skills and enjoys teamwork and a collaborative spirit!
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for open positions/vacancies. Must be able to identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with hiring teams, identify potential “fit” through effective screening, interviewing, and testing while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Develops and executes recruitment plans and strategies to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.
Education & Experience
- High School (HS) Diploma or equivalent, plus two (2) years of human resources, recruiting, or related experience OR Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business management or similar.
Physical Requirements
- Activities require a significant amount of sitting at work desks/stations in front of a computer monitor.
- Regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, and give presentations, as needed.
- Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel and applicants.
Working Conditions
- Remote: Works generally from a remote location with Wi-Fi/Internet access during company business hours.
- Hybrid: Works occasionally in an office environment to attend team/client meetings.
- Office: Works occasionally at a desk in a well-lit, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels.
- Travel: Works occasionally at different work sites including outer island(s) with air travel for business purposes.
