Responsibilities:

• Function as the firm’s lead Tax Manager
• Direct the firm’s Tax Operations including team development and client communications
• Lead, advise, mentor, and manage staff
• Responsible for leading and executing complex tax engagements and reviewing the work of the staff
• Network and promote the firm

Education and Experience:

• CPA required, master’s in taxation (MST) preferred
• 15+ years of CPA/Public Accounting experience, including demonstrated leadership within a CPA firm
• Detailed knowledge of U.S. Federal and State income tax filing requirements and related issues including consolidated and multi-state returns
• Experience with foreign tax matters affecting multinational businesses and individuals is a plus
• Strong technical skills
• Strong people management, collaboration, and communication skills
• Strong organization, project management and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $130,000.00 per year
